1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Clomd platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Clomd's services for personal and commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Service Description

Clomd provides on-demand GPU computing resources for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and high-performance computing workloads.

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service
• Pay all fees and charges incurred under your account

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

7. Payment Terms

All pricing is custom based on minimum spend commitments. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding balances.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall REECARD LLC d/b/a Clomd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
